General information
Anna Młynarska-Sobaczewska – has been working in the field of constitutional law since 1999. For many years (till 2013) had been affiliated with the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź, then with the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The head of the Department of Constitutional Law and European Research since 2016. She is also in charge of Doctoral Studies in INP PAN.
Research interest
Theory of constitutional law, constitutionalism and human rights.

- She was a coordinator of research project Prawowitość władzy państwowej – Legitimacy of state authority (NN 110 194834).
- Investigator in the project: Appointing of constitutional judges (financed by NCN, provided by University of Łódż) and the principal investigator of the research project Prawo do kultury – model prawny – Right to culture – legal model (2014/13/B/HS5/01325), finished on February 2018.
- Since February 2019 she is a Principal Investigator in research project „Accountabulity as a category of constitutional law” – „Rozliczalność jako kategoria prawa konstytucyjnego” (financed by NCN, UMO-2018/29/B/HS5/01771).
Scholarship
- She was awarded by The Kościuszko Foundation fellowship (2014-2015) – Chicago Kent College of Law, IIT.
