- Prof. Dr Celina Nowak holds a Masters’ degree of the Warsaw University, a postgraduate diploma of the Université de Paris I – Panthéon–Sorbonne, a PhD (based on a thesis “Corruption in the Polish criminal law in the light of international instruments”) and habilitation in law of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences (based on a book on the influence of globalisation on the Polish criminal law).
- Secretary General of the European Law Research Association,
- Member of the Board of Director of the International Association of Penal Law (AIDP).
- Lecturer at the Kozminski University.
Research interest
Criminal law, comparative criminal law, international & transnational criminal law, European criminal law.

- Controlling Illicit Trade of Tobacco in Era of Fast Change. Comparative law research project funded by the PMI Impact.
