Field of research:

UN human rights system, equality law, gender discrimination (including violence against women, reproductive rights, temporary special measures, gender stereotyping), rights of persons with disabilities.

Researcher at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences since 2005, Senior Researcher since 2011. Director of Poznan Human Rights Centre since 2018. Author of the PhD thesis “UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women – an Institutional Analysis”.

Member of scientific board of Interdisciplinary Centre for Cultural Gender and Identity Studies of Adam Mickiewicz University and lecturer of Gender Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University.
Member of editorial committee of “Contemporary Issues of International, European and Comparative Law” (PWPM).

Member of the Polish Society of Constitutional Law, International Law Association – Polish Branch, Legal Team of Federation for Women and Family Planning, Pro Bono Program of The Polish Society of Anti-Discrimination Law and member of Everywoman Everywhere Coalition. Expert of the European Commission.
