the commercial law, in particular the commercial companies law, the matrimonial property law, the National Court Register and registration proceedings

Lecturer within the training of legal counsel trainees at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw (since 2017). Head of the Postgraduate Study for Tax Advisors at Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Institute of Sciences (since 2017).
Member of the Team for the amendment to the Code of Commercial Companies by the Minister of Justice (since 2018).
Member of the Editorial Board of the “European Review of the Law” [Polish: „Europejski Przegląd Prawa”] (since June 2005); Member of the Editorial Board (since 2006), and then Member of Scientific Advisory Board (since 2016) of the quarterly “Private Law Studies” [Polish: “Studia Prawa Prywatnego”]; Member of the Review Team of the monthly “Review of Economic Legislation” [“Przegląd Ustawodawstwa Gospodarczego”] (since 2012).
