General information
- Dr Żaneta Zemła – Pacud graduated in European Studies (2003) and in Law (2004) from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She obtained her doctoral degree in 2012 at the Jagiellonian University for the thesis “Patent protection of medicinal products”.
- Author of many publications, speaker at Polish and international IP conferences, external expert in PPO and WIPO research projects, legal attorney.
- Member of ATRIP – International Association for the Advancement of Teaching and Research in Intellectual Property; Founding member of the Polish Society of Intellectual Property and Competition Law
Research interest
International dimension of Intellectual property law in the post-TRIPS era, intellectual property in the life-science sector: pharmacy, agriculture and biotechnology; pharmaceutical law, protection of trade secrets and data exclusivity.
