Call for papers to the special issue of „Archives of Criminology”

It is our pleasure to announce a call for papers to the special issue of „Archives of Criminology” entitled „Criminology and Criminal Justice System in the Central and Eastern European Countries: 30 years after socio-political transformation”.


This issue is edited by four guest editors – all former presidents of the European Society of Criminology elected from our region: Prof. Krzysztof Krajewski (Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland), Prof. Miklós Lévay (Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary), Prof. Gorazd Meško (University of Maribor, Slovenia) and Prof. Vesna Nikolić-Ristanović (University of Belgrade, Serbia).

There will be two steps of selection of papers to this issue. Now we invite expressions of interest (abstracts between 200 and 350 words) that should be sent by 30 September 2019 to: witold.klaus@gmail.com. Selected authors will be invited to submit a paper by the end of January 2020 at the latest (using the journal’s on-line platform). All papers will be reviewed according to the journal’s policy and only papers with two positive reviews will be published in the journal.

All papers should be prepared and submitted in English.
