General information
Master of law (1998, University of Wrocław), doctor of law in administrative law (2003, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław), post-doctoral degree in legal sciences in the field of environmental law (2014, Institute of Legal Sciences, Polish Academy of Sciences). Scientifically deals with administrative law, in particular with the administrative and legal regulation, which involves the protection of the environment and the use of environmental resources by man.

Guided scientific projects:
In the last 5 years, A. Habuda participated in the implementation of two research projects funded by the National Science Center. In one of them (Environmental protection in the activities of courts and tribunals) he was a contractor, in the second (Natura 2000 areas in Polish, Czech and Slovak law) he was the manager.
