TRADE SECRETS IN THEORY AND PRACTICE
International IP Conference

The Institute of Law Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences is organizing an international IP conference entitled “Trade Secrets in Theory and Practice”. The conference will take place on 17 October 2019 at Nowy Świat 72 in Warsaw.
The conference is primarily dedicated to harmonization of trade secrets protection in the European Union resulting from adoption of the Directive 2016/943 on the protection of undisclosed know-how and business information (trade secrets) against their unlawful acquisition, use and disclosure.
We invite scholars and practicioners, students, PhD students and representatives of private sector and policy makers to participate in the conference. The registration will be open untill 10 October 2019.
